A driving license, 21 years of age and sobreity are all that is required. No previous scootering experience necessary! A windbreaker/warm clothes and gloves are recommended (especially along the oceanside roads). You can cancel on the day in the event that the weather does not co-operate, otherwise 48 hours is required.
