The C3 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of six members of the Executive, the Conference Coordinator, the Program Coordinator and a number of Regional Directors not to exceed ten.

A Director's term of office is normally one year except for the members of the Executive whose term of office is two years.

The election of the Board of Directors is held at the Annual General Meeting; the purpose of the election is to fill the posts left vacant by the termination of office of Directors. Each member of the Assembly attending the Annual General Meeting is entitled to vote.
